I was thinking about the Oppo Map (as set up by !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) today, and it hasn’t been posted recently and seems to still work, so I thought it could use a bump.

Yeah, it’s one of the sad things about this sort of internet community in general that people can just sort of vanish.

I would recommend against driving to their map pins and demanding to know if they are ok though.

Th is actually makes me a little sad to see all those names of people long gone. I know life gets busy and one can get put off time to time, but still. This place feels like home and a family.

Yeah, that surprised me as well. South America makes sense to be poorly represented since this is an English language website, but plenty of English speakers in Africa. And while economic realities are certainly a factor, it doesn’t seem like they should eliminate everyone .
